Individual work with people 20 years and over

I focus mainly on work with adults 20 years and over, although I incorporate couples and whanau/family work as needed. I use mindfulness-based MindBody and holistic approaches, psychodynamic psychotherapy, as well as CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) methods where appropriate. 

Together we set goals for therapy and talk about how we will know these have been met or changed, if needed.  We work together to gain an understanding of how your life struggles evolved and how best to work with the 'wounded-ness' that’s causing ongoing ‘stuck-ness’. 

Using the safety developed in the therapy relationship we work towards wholeness and a more contented life and eudaimonia - human flourishing.
